PENGGUNAAN MULTIMEDIA BERBASIS TEKNOLOGI BAGI PENDIDIKAN PROFESI GURU (PPG): ANALISIS USER EXPERIENCE (UX)
Abstract
Pembelajaran yang baik harus memanfaatkan semaksimal mungkin media pembelajaran untuk menunjang pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran. Namun, tidak semua guru mampu membuat dan menggunakan multimedia berbasis komputer. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengalaman pengguna multimedia menggunakan teknologi terbaru bagi para Pendidikan Profesi Guru (PPG). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan instrument 26 item dengan enam skala yang dimiliki User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) versi Indonesia di www.ueq-online.org. Partisipan sebanyak 22 guru peserta workshop Pendidikan Profesi Guru (PPG) pada IAIN Samarinda tahun 2019. Pengumpulan data menggunakan Google Form sesuai intrumen dan di kerjakan dalam waktu 10-15 menit, kemudian dianalisis Mean, Varian dan Standar Deviasi menggunakan situs ueq-online. Hasil penelitian dari uji UEQ terdapat lima skala yang dikategorikan Excellent yaitu skala Attractiveness, Efficiency, Dependability, Stimulation dan Novelty. Sedangkan skala Perspicuity dikategorikan Above Average sesuai dengan interval benchmark UEQ. Semua nilai rata-rata diatas <0,08 menunjukkan bahwa evaluasi pengalaman penggunaan multimedia adalah positif. Simpulan bahwa pembelajaran multimedia menggunakan program autoplay media studio.8 sangat baik - memuaskan dipakai bagi Pendidikan Profesi Guru (PPG) mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI). Saran penelitian akan datang memperhatikan kolaborasi guru, keterampilan ICT dan kesesuaian karakter siswa dengan multimedia yang dihasilkan.
