ANALISIS STATUS HUKUM JUAL BELI BARANG ILEGAL PERSPEKTIF HUKUM ISLAM
Abstract
Abstract: Trading is buying and selling with the aim of seeking profit. Sales are the most powerful transaction in the business world, even in general it is the most important part of business activities. The purpose of this study is to understand the law of buying and selling illegal goods based on the perspective of Islamic law. By using relevant previous research review methods, with the descriptive nature of analysis and sources of literature data, namely secondary data. The results of the study that the law of buying and selling illegal goods remains invalid both according to Islamic law and also applicable laws and articles related to the sale and purchase of illegal goods, because one of the conditions of the article both parties for handover is not fulfilled because it is hindered by the excise regulations of the Indonesian government, besides that the product of buying and selling illegal goods can damage the domestic market, surplus, and others that have a systematic impact.
