MANAJEMEN TENAGA PENDIDIK DAN KENDIDIKAN PERSPEKTIF AL-QUR’AN

Abstract

This paper explores the meaning of the Qur'an
verses that contain the concept of teachers and
educators employee management functions. From
this paper found that: First. The concept of planning
are: (1) Al-Hashr: 18, that the man was told to plan
his lunch for tomorrow; (2) Al-Baqarah: 197,
concerning the obligation to plan carefully based on
piety to Allah. Second. Organizing concept contained
in: (1) Al-Anfal: 46, about the importance of unity in
all actions; (2) Ash-Shaff: 4, about the importance of
regularity; (3) Ali Imran: 159, on the order to
approach the meek and deliberation. Third. The
concept of encouragement contained in Al-Kahf: 2,
about the importance of the guidance process that is
based on religious principles. Fourth. The concept of
supervision are: (1) Al-Mujadalah: 7, about the
muraqobah; (2) Ash-Shaff: 2, absolute requirement
for leaders to be better than its members; (3) At-
Tahrim: 6, about maintaining the safety.
