Feminsme, Keamanan dan Isu Perdagangan Manusia

Abstract
Human Trafficking grows rapidly as a threat for security. Some questions need to answer such as human trafficking by organized crimes are insecure for what dan who? Traditional security approach to human trafficking needs analyzes that human trafficking is a threat for state and borders. Feminism approach has priority in security issue from trafficked people and traffickers that victims got intimidation both from organized crimes and states. This research assumes that feminism approach to human trafficking is important to understand and against this horrible crime. It is not simply says that security approach to human trafficking will be classified into feminism approach, but this research try to describe feminism approach to human trafficking in constructing idea about the necessity gender as an analysis category. As noted that feminisme not only making women exist in security perspectif and gender focus that correlated with abuse of human rights but also significantly study behaviour gender stereotype that used to be existed in gender practices dan created women as victim.

Perdagangan manusia semakin berkembang dilihat sebagai sebuah ancaman keamanan. Pertanyaan yang kemudian muncul adalah perdagangan manusia yang dilakukan oleh kelompok kejahatan terorganisir mengancam keamanan apa dan siapa. Pendekatan keamanan tradisional terhadap perdagangan manusia membutuhkan analisis bahwa perdagangan manusia merupakan sebuah ancaman terhadap negara dan kontrol negara atas perbatasan. Analisa feminis mengenai perdagangan manusia memprioritaskan keamanan dari orang-orang yang diperdagangkan dan dikenal sebagai pelaku dimana korban diancam baik oleh pelaku kejahatan terorganisir maupun oleh negara. Penelitian ini berpendapat bahwa pendekatan feminis terhadap perdagangan manusia penting untuk memahami dan melawan kejahatan ini. Tidak untuk mengatakan, bahwa pendekatan keamanan manusia terhadap perdagangan manusia akan digolongkan pada pendekatan feminis; namun tulisan ini mencoba untuk memaparkan analisa feminis mengenai perdagangan manusia membangun perlunya jender sebagai sebuah kategori analisis Sebagaimana dicatat, feminis tidak hanya menjadikan perempuan masuk dalam kerangka keamanan dan fokus jender berhubungan dengan pelanggaran hak asasi manusia namun juga secara signifikan mempelajari prilaku dimana stereotype jender dulunya hadir dalam praktek-praktek jender dan menjadikan perempuan sebagai korban.
