Roza Andria Lova , Silfia Hanani

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of inclusive education at PAUD TerpaduInklusiInspirasiSemutSemut using the sociological thoughts of Ibn Khaldun, particularly the concept of ashabiyah. Inclusive education is defined as a process that provides equal access and opportunities for all learners, including children with special needs (CWSN). The research method employed is a mixed-method approach with a quantitative dominance, including structured surveys, systematic observations, and documentation analysis. The findings indicate that the implementation of inclusive education based on Ibn Khaldun's thoughts has a positive impact on children's social and academic development. Approximately 80% of children showed an increase in empathy skills, and 70% of CWSN made progress in learning. Recommendations for further development include strengthening teacher training programs, developing a more integrated curriculum, and enhancing community involvement in inclusive education programs.
